When she isn’t traveling or pouring into God’s people, she is intentionally focused on what matters most, nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and truly seen.
Her work is guided by the belief that every child deserves to be heard and every family deserves tools for honest, loving communication. Through Ava’s Magic Word, she introduces readers to a young girl who bravely shares the importance of creating a safe word with a trusted guardian, one powerful word children can use whenever they feel uncomfortable, confused, or unsafe. The story gently teaches children about their bodies, personal boundaries, and the truth that no one has permission to touch them without consent.
Through Ava’s first book, the author hopes to open doors to meaningful conversations, strengthen trust between children and caregivers, and encourage families to talk openly about safety, respect, and love, creating deeper connections, one story and one brave conversation at a time.
